FROST Sheet Metal Folder Vice Mounting / Precision Bench Folder (20-inch, 510mm)

Restoration is about forming Sheet Metal and there will be many times when you want to bend a lip on a large sheet. This can be done with Vice-Mounted Bending bars combined with a Body Hammer but there is a big risk of Hammer marks which can look really ugly if it is in a front facing piece.  A Bench Mounted Folder is a much better answer, which cleanly forms the profile.

The FROST Sheet Metal Folder Vice Mounting Precision Bench Folder has an adjustable top beam allowing tight or radius bends to be formed and has supports on the bending beam and top beam to ensure a consistent bend over the whole length. Mounting can be by tabs to a workbench or by by the vice mount tab to a sturdy vice. The top clamping beam is secured by T screws and is lifted for the removal of the work piece by springs.

This model is quite different from the cheaper Bench Folders on the market and will be an excellent quality addition for any Small Garage or Restoration Workshop.
